John lloyd Cruz on the Cancelled Project with Sarah Geronimo

It was known fact that Sarah Geronimo and John Loyd Cruz was set to do the last installment of the blockbuster hit "A Very Special Love" February of next year. A few months ago though, that anticipation died when Sarah expressed her disinterest in pushing through with it stating that the 2 movies did so well and she'd like to leave it at that. She's probably afraid that the third might not pass the bar they set after the first 2 films? I don't know.

All I know is, they're good with or without the film. They can work with whoever else in the biz and the movie will surely be a box office hit. However, for us who anticipated, it is in fact hard to accept. But we have to move on from that and look at this in a different light. The Sarah-JL-project door has closed, but many doors are starting to open for the both of them, giving room to more opportunities and innovations in terms of being involved in new tandems.

In spite of it all, we should not lose hope for a Sarah-JL movie to take place (in the far future). Like I always say,  there's nothing permanent in showbiz. Who would have thought that Sharon and Gabby would be seen together on tv again? Did you ever think that Claudine and Mark Anthony would work on something after all their drama back then? These are some of the many living proofs that ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN IN SHOW BUSINESS :)
