Here Comes The Bride Reaches Pusan

[Joji Alonso, Chris Martinez, Eugene Domingo, John "Sweet" Lapus]

Hi guys, my friend from Star Cinema sent me pictures of Eugene Domingo, John Lapus, Producer Joji Alonso and Direk Chris Martinez during their appearance at the Pusan International Festival in Korea. The four were there, which took place a week ago, for the open cinema outdoor screening of the blockbuster comedy (and my 2nd most favorite local film of the year), “Here Comes The Bride”.

From the pictures we could see that Eugene and John “Sweet” Lapus painted the town red with their vibrance and energy. It is evident (from the photos) that a lot of people were there to watch and support the movie. The success it earned here in the Phil's. translated in Korea. Good job!

I believe we do have a number of movies that are worth showing worldwide.

Philippines – Represent!

Thanks for the pictures Mico Del Rosario

After The 'Wedding' Comes The 'Reception'

[PAK!!!]

One of my friends from Star Cinema invited me to the thanksgiving/victory dinner of 'Here Comes The Bride' last night in abs-cbn. It was an intimate affair attended  by the cast (minus Eugene Domingo) and producers of the film.

After dinner the lead cast went up on stage one by one and said their experiences [trivias] making the film. Angelica, initially, was not up for accepting the part dahil nga kakatapos niya pa lang gawin yung 'I Love You Goodbye' nun, pero after reading the script na-convince siya na she should really do it.

Here Comes The Bride is a success and a surprise altogether... Finally, a comedy movie that really defines the meaning of 'comedy' - not slapstick.

Here Comes The Bride Cast Party

I was lucky enough to get an exclusive invite to the cast party of the movie Here Comes The Bride so I made sure I was camera ready.

I brought 2 cameras, 1 digicam and 1 slr. The digicam for easy shooting and the slr for good quality photos.

[HALA!

Expect lines & expressions used in everyday bakla conversations and not the usual tiring slapstick humor we watch on our local sitcoms. Because of him, I'm starting to believe in Pinoy Comedy once again.

Showing parin ang Here Comes The Bride, wag na kayo magpahuli! watch na guys :)

The Man Behind Kimmy Dora and Here Comes The Bride

(direk without the shades)

I got the chance to speak to him and I found that we have a lot in common when it comes to hobbies and favorite movies. He's a cool person with a lot of character. Go Chris Martinez! Good luck sa Here Comes The Bride.
